You retain ownership of your uploaded videos but grant AfterLyfe permission to store and distribute them according to your vault settings.

AfterLyfe is not liable for lost data due to technical failures.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Any disputes shall be resolved via arbitration under the laws of the United States.
